  • I enjoyed Pilates, although it was quite gruelling  I feel thoroughly stretched and every muscle has been worked out :j.

I enjoyed chatting to my friend too. One of the things I'm looking forward to about getting a job is increased social contact. Working from home can be very isolating.

  • I'm another who uses YouTube,I've learned how to replace the flex on my Hetty hoover and how to pick a lock from watching YouTube videos:rotfl:
I need a new front door handle at the moment but my door is a multi locking double glazed door so it's a bit complicated,we are currently using an adjustable wrench for a handle  so I will check out YouTube and if I can do it myself I will,I hate paying for things to be fixed if I can figure out how to do it myself
    Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,894
  • I use you tube loads too. It's like my saviour when trying to figure out which way hinges on an ikea unit go.

i'm glad your computer is working too. That must be such a relief. X

You're all very clever and YouTube is very useful for stuff like that.

It is a massive relief about the computer, particularly as I had family photos on there :). They're all backed up on a hard drive now.

  • It's pouring with rain this morning and very dark out. I have the joyful prospect of printing off hundreds of invoices for the accountants today . This is going to take all of my willpower. Oh well, I'll feel better when it's done.

My back is sore are my gruelling Pilates workout last night. My Pilates teacher is a sadist :rotfl:.

Good luck with the printing:beer:. Now you've got the computer fixed I hope the printer doesn't decide to play up:eek:. It's usually how things go with me:mad:

Quite sunny here today for a change and a nice breeze:j. I've got some washing finished ready to hang out and a second load swishing around now. I plan to finish sorting through one of the sheds today so OH can take a big batch to the charity shops when he goes to that town tomorrow. He's going to actually buy a replacement shower tomorrow but I won't hold my breath after Sunday's fiasco.

Sorry about your sore back but I'm sure the Pilates session will have been beneficial when things settle down.
  • On the plus side my emergency fund of £17 is still intact :o.
