DH does help Pauline, he did the vacuuming on Sunday, but it's hard to tear him away from his work sometimes
The grown up kids are a bit lazy and inconsiderate if I'm honest, but one has depression and anxiety, one has a mental illness and one suffers from panic attacks, so we try not to be too hard on themFinally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

He has paid for the rest of the trip himself. He'd better not make a habit of it, that's all

It's not been easy, but things are better than they were so we cope the best we can. They are lovely children, so we just want to take care of them and give them a safe home until they are hopefully able to stand on their own feet one day
DS3 is back at college and coping well with his panic attacks so we're delighted about that
And although the kids don't know about the debts I think the fact that DH and I are less stressed is helping everyone to feel betterFinally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Thank you Lucky, it was hard when it all kicked off, but DH and I are determined not to let it get us down. We believe that if we give them lots of love and affection and make them feel safe, then they will get better one day
So we just get on with thingsFinally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
