Steamy bath, or steam inhalation, plus paracetamol if you can take it.

Also hoping you are not coming down with anything
Take care.
Thanks Beanie. I may just be over tired. I always seem to get ear ache when I've been extra busy. Sometimes I wonder if the flu virus is lying dormant and waiting to come back .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Today I need to:
1 Clean out the furry moron
2 Empty all the bins
3 Wash some laundry
4 Fold up clean laundry and put away
5 Start putting clean clothes in my case
6 Print off an Amazon voucher for my stepdad
7 Write in my stepdad's father's day card
It's a bit grey and rainy outside so at least gardening is off the agenda .
Have a great Sunday everyone .Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Just an idea about PA - Uni's in the UK have broken up for summer now so I expect the surveys to get less.
I believe Masters students in the UK are still working so we might get some from them and others not from the UK but I definitely think we will see a lot less.0 -
That's a very good point EagerElephant, I'd forgotten that PA goes quiet in the holidays. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Well I've done 3 and 4 and now I feel tired . But DH has offered to clean out the furry moron :T.
Going away will probably do me good because I feel a bit run down and there's not much housework to do at my dad's house as he and my stepmum are very tidy. I offer to help but nothing needs doing half the time :rotfl:. It makes a change from cleaning up after four people. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
