Glad you found Rick. It’s a great way of getting some steps in without any jumping. I aim for a minimum of 15k steps a day so often end up sneaking a quick session into my day if I’m behind.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

I’m a lot better thanks HH, still tired but I’m usually tired anyway with the kids as they still wake at night quite a lot!Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Day 9 of self-isolation and guess what? I'm still testing positive 😣.
My manager says I can't go back until Monday now. It will be 14 days since my first positive test on Monday so I should hope I can go back then! 9 day of lost wages isn't good 😔. But I think I think I may be eligible for the self isolation £500 payment as we're on WTC and I was told to self-isolate by test and trace. We just need to get our heads around how to claim it, which is going to be tomorrow's frog 🐸.
I've eaten a big frog 🐸 already today which is to ring tax credits, give them our actual self-employment income figure for our most recent year and tell them about my new job. I was on hold for 25 minutes 😡 but when I eventually got through the woman on the phone was very pleasant. That's a job I dread done and dusted 🎉.
I've also done two more Rick workouts which totalled 3,500 steps in total 😇. It may not sound much but I've been feeling tired after doing them. I guess it's a different sort of exercise than I'm used to. I should do a few yoga stretches too to keep my back and neck strong as sitting on my bed for 9 days won't be doing me much good.
I haven't dared weigh myself as I 've been eating a large bar of chocolate 🍫 every day as my way of coping. I never eat chocolate usually but my normal coping strategies have all been taken away (seeing family, doing housework, going to work, leaving my bedroom). I know I'll have put on a few pounds but I'll soon lose them when I'm back at work and it's helping me to stay cheerful (or at least not miserable). I lost 2 pounds of Christmas weight during my first week at work. It helps that I don't get much time to eat there as I do 6 hours without a break.
Ths sun is mocking me by coming out ☀️ so I may have coffee in the garden today. I didn't bother yesterday as it was such a cold, wet and miserable day.
I hope everyone is having a pleasant day 😊.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Oh good grief 😩 Surely you’re no longer infectious by now, not sure how it works?I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

I just had a text from Test and Trace saying I need to continue self-isolating until, and including, the 21st, unless I test negative two days in a row. Sigh. They said after the 21st I can stop testing and stop isolating. They're counting the days from my positive PCR test and not the positive LFT the day before 🙄.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Oh my days, @HairyHandofDartmoor - this is getting ridiculous. It just shows how people can be completely symptomless while still infected. Really hope you see that negative result soon.
