Have a nice day xx. I know what you mean. I feel like I can't be bothered to do the painting today but there's no rush as I have two weeks.
Maybe you need a break and should just relax today as you're brewing a cold. Sometimes you need to listen to your body. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I'm also feeling a bit lazy this afternoon HH. Like you I have done washing and cleaning. I also went to the shops. The garden needs work and perhaps if I get a second wind I may do it later. But right now its vintage Columbo and a salad later. Enjoy the rest of your SundayIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

I'm doing nothing today either , not even a walk. It's been an eventful weekend as you know . I think I had about 3 hours sleep last night. You can paint the wall anytime . I think your best thing as you mentioned is to do your two assignments and then you will be qualified at the next level . There may be some jobs that come up over the summer that you could apply for as a TA . Lots of choices for you how you spend your time .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.6

. I hope you get more sleep tonight, three hours isn't much. I hope things settle down for you soon.

Thanks everyone 🙂. Well I may not have done the painting but I've cut DH's hair ✂️, cleaned the bath and tiles 🛁, cleaned the cooker and done a wash 🙂. I've also spent plenty of time relaxing and reading my book 📚.
It's a lovely sunny day 🌞 so in a way it would have been nice to go out somewhere, but I wouldn't want to go anywhere crowded and without knowing if toilets are open I'd rather wait. Maybe we'll go further afield for a walk next weekend depending upon how things are going. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Congratulations on being brave and cutting DH's hair, HH. My DH has some clippers and he's been cutting his own hair for years. He doesn't like it too short and after a lot of trial and error has the setting just right. He makes a good job of it but has problems with the nape of the neck and often asks me to do that bit. I always cry off because I worry I'd make a real mess of it. He manages it himself but I have to admit that bit usually looks a bit uneven. I doubt my attempts would look any better though. I might follow your example and have a go next time he asks.
He trims his own beard regularly too. It's not a long flowing beard, just a nice neat one but it grows really quickly so soon needs doing again. I've known him for over 40 years and never seen him without a beard! He keeps saying he'll shave it off to see what it looks like but after all these years he's a bit worried that he'll look wrinkly and terrible LOL. He isn't normally vain at all so I can't see why he's so reluctant. Now would be the ideal time to do it as with the lockdown there's no fear anyone but me will see it until it grows again if he doesn't like it off. He keeps putting it off though and the lockdown will be totally over without us ever seeing his bare face at this rate!

Thanks Delichon 🙂. DH is very fussy about how his hair looks and goes to the barber normally, but he was getting so desperate for a hair cut that he asked me to do it 🤣. I warned him it might be a disaster but he said anything would be better than having it so long. It actually looks a lot better than I expected and he's very pleased with it 🙂. He wants me to have another go next weekend just to get it to the perfect length.
Lockdown would be an ideal time to shave off a beard and see how it looks as it would soon grow again and only you need to see him. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
