I am not a jigsaw fan.
I get too stressed. A bit like the adult colouring in. I found that so stressful.
    I recently bought my maw a 1000
piece jigsaw & she is doing about half an hour a day.

I tried a jigsaw at the beginning of lockdown. I did about 3/4 and then just got bored and fed up of it on the carpet in the way of everything so put it all back. x

I used to like jigsaws as a child but haven't done one for years. I haven't bought any hobby equipment for lock down as I didn't want to spend the money, but you can get roll up boards for jigsaws which would stop them taking up space and getting in the way. I did some colouring for a school project but I'm not sure I enjoyed it enough to want to do it for pleasure.

I've been occupying myself in lockdown by working my way through my enormous library of books, spring cleaning and gardening. I might have started a jigsaw if I had one, but I don't want to spend money. I'm glad I have so many books as I probably have several years worth of reading material (mind you I can read an Agatha Christie book in a day!).

  • My plans for today are put a wash on and dry it in the garden, paint the kitchen wall behind the bins as it's stained (the bins live inside the chimney breast) if I can find the masking tape, and clean the bathroom.

It's a cloudy day but I think the sun is trying to come out from behind a cloud.
