Thanks everyone 🙂.  I like Rosmary Conley and Barbara Currie as they go at a fairly gently pace which suits someone in their fifties and my dvds both have ten minute workouts that are very flexible 🤸‍♀️🧘‍♀️. Do you have the Seven Secrets dvd @Seasidegal58 ? I have that one and it's the one I use the most.

Hi there Hairy!  Yes I have her Seven Secrets DVD - I like the fact also that there are 10 minute workouts. Much better to get into if you're a beginner and haven't done any proper stretching for ages.

I don't envy you on having the aggressive dog as a neighbour!  Hopefully you will be able to fix new garden fences in the not too distant future.   Your garden sounds really nice though with all the work you've been putting into it. 😀🌿🌻🌱

  • Thanks all of you 🙂. I managed to do all my jobs yesterday and then relaxed for a bit.

I've got school today. I've been off for two weeks so I don't feel like going, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it when I get there. It gets me out of the house anyway and I can have a brief chat with some adults during the handover of the children. It's a lovely sunny day ☀️ so I should enjoy the walk there and back and it will give my life back a bit of much needed normality. Although school feels a bit weird when I'm there with so few staff and children. It's no longer a madhouse. But I'm sure it will do me good to go. This lack of social contact isn't doing my mental health any good 😕.

I've got a video chat scheduled with DS3 at 2pm (if he remembers and is awake!) so I'm looking forward to that 😀.

I hope everyone is having a good Monday 🙂.
