I am so needing more exercise but sticking to my once a day walk and making sure it is fast paced and as long as I am allowed.
I haven't been to a supermarket yet. I am too scared so hats off to you for braving it. x
September 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x6 -
All sounding good 😁 Glad I inspired you to do the exercise 😁 I’ve signed up to Boots prescription delivery service after my horrendous experience with the local pharmacy. Not holding my breath I’ve done it correctly but we’ll see.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

I haven't been to a supermarket yet. I am too scared so hats off to you for braving it. x. I haven't been for a walk today (I don't count going around Mr M) so I thought I should do some exercise. I find supermarkets terrifying but we were running out of food so I had to brave it!

Not holding my breath I’ve done it correctly but we’ll see.. DH had his delivered the other week, but B00ts did it reluctantly because they said it's only for people who are super vulnerable and DH hasn't had a letter, so he doesn't seem to be on the list, although the virus would probably finish him off if he caught it with his diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholestorel and sleep apnoea 😢. So I didn't think they'd deliver DS1's who only has asthma, although it wouldn't do him any good to catch it either!

Mr SA hasn’t had a letter despite being disabled, having had blood cancer and a stem cell transplant. If he got the virus it would finish him off too. On the plus side as his mobility scooter has broken down and the shop is closed he can’t go anywhere to catch anything.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
