DH and I got up early again and went to the park for a walk🌳. We went in a different direction and saw some lovely wild bluebells. There were quite a few people around but we were able to keep away from them. It's a lovely sunny day but I needed my winter coat and gloves 🧤. I'm very pleased that DH has come out for a walk two days in a row.

After the walk I wanted to work on my college assignment as I'm a bit behind again 💻. I spent ages working out where I've got to and printing out stuff that my tutor has emailed me. The assignment is in two parts and I've finished the first part which I'm very pleased about 😀. Part one was mind numbingly tedious because it was about the use of ICT in schools, including school policies and procedures and mandatory acts that need to be adhered to, yawn. So I'm delighted to finish it. Part two looks more interesting as it's about catering for bilingual children and I should be able to make an earlier start on it now I've printed out everything 🖨.

I feel much better now that I've done some college work 🙂 as I know I'm behind and felt guilty that I didn't do any last week, but I couldn't seem to face it somehow 😒. All the things going on in the world make ordinary things seem a bit pointless, but I'm trying not to think in that way and to keep calm and carry on!

I hope everyone has had a good and a safe Wednesday 🙂.

Thanks all of you 🙂. DH and I got up early again and had a short walk in the park 🌳.

Then I cracked on with part two of my assignment as soon as I got back. My PC wouldn't start so I had to use DH's laptop and that took ages to set up so it wasn't a good start and wasted half an hour. In fact I got quite upset which shows I'm stressed at the moment 😢. Anyway I was finally able to start and worked on it from 10.30am until 5.30pm with half an hour for lunch. It took much longer than I expected but there was a lot to it and my head felt dizzyy and my eyes very tired by the time I'd finished. I've done nearly 8,000 words including the part I did yesterday, so I'm very glad to get it finished. This is assignment number five out of nine that I've completed so I'm over halfway through the course now 🎉. My PC is working now too 🙂.

After that I didn't have time to do anything plus my head was spinning. So I've just cooked dinner and watered the pots in the garden 🌷🏵🌻.

BIL has got a date for his scan which is next Tuesday, so I'm going to try not think about it until then. I almost don't want the result in case it's bad news ☹.

I hope everyone had had a good and a safe Thursday 🙂.

Amazing about your assignment and being over half way will hopefully make it more bearable now.

I hope you are able to put the scan to the back of your mind. It is very quick so IF they do find something, no matter what, it is being dealt with as quickly as it can be. I know that is not going to prevent the worrying of what it might be.

    Thinking of you all. x
