Thanks Hairy,I think it's going to take a while to get used to,and I don't like using my iPad in landscape but hey ho,the advantages are being able to use our own emojis 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942

Thanks @greenbee!
i have my elderly iPad locked to landscape as it's a bit broken so I didn't realise quite how bad it was for others. I like that it is now easier to tag people, and that once you revisit a thread it takes you straight to new posts 😀My mortgage free diary: +++ Divide by Cucumber Error. Please reinstall universe and reboot+++

It's obviously going to take us all a while to get used to it, but at least we're all still here posting which is good

Yesterday it was a lovely sunny day. I met stepdad for coffee and then in the afternoon went to Mum and stepdad's old house to collect a bookcase and a few other bits. It always makes me feel so sad to go there now as it looks so empty
. I think in a way I'll be glad when it's sold as it's people who make a home. Without my Mum being alive and with my stepdad living elsewhere it's just an empty shell. I collected a watercolour from my Mum's bedroom which I've hung in my bedroom and a blue pot of daffodils which look very nice in my garden. It will help me to remember her. Although on bad days her belongings make me feel unbearably sad and on good days they bring me comfort.
Today I'm just relaxing and doing a bit of ironing as I feel very tired after yesterday. The weather is awful too, wet, gloomy and very windyso it's a good day to stay at home! Only one more week until halfterm anyway and then I can catch up a bit on things.
I hope everyone is having a good Sunday.

I know what you mean about items. Hopefully over time they will just bring back beautiful memories.
The weather here is awful too. Windy, raining, and my bins are everywhere. I keep putting them back, but they soon move. x
