Sounds good, INOD. I'll certainly bear that in mind when I replace the current monster:T. Any recommendations? I wouldn't have a clue where to look for one:o
When our 4 children were still living at home our toasters got a LOT of use:rotfl: so no wonder really that the toasters didn't 'live' long. An industrial standard one in those years would have been wonderful. It's just been DH and myself using the last 2 toasters and they seemed to fail after an unacceptable time:(. Always when the toaster was out of it's guarantee period too:mad:0 -
That's a great idea about an industrial toaster, Mr SA and DD get through a lot of toast in a day so would be a good investment for us as toasters don't last us long. We have a catering equipment shop in our town centre so I'll have a look.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

My one is rowlett. I recently purchased one for a client from a catering supplier shop for around £140 for a 4 slice. Pricey I know but definitely better value for money for me. Tbh, when I got mine it was because I couldn’t afford a dualit but it’s been great.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Hi WB
Hope your first day of TA cover goes well and you're not feeling too exhausted by the end of it. Smiling that the DC's have been cooking their own food while you're not been well - it amazes me what mine are actually capable of doing when push comes to shove
xx

Thanks everyone
.
I enjoyed my day today and feel as though it went well. :T The teacher seemed happy, although she may have just have been being polite :rotfl:. It was dry and sunny too which made my life easier. I feel tired but I feel like I've had a good day. I've filled in my overtime timesheet too and submitted it :T:D.
Tonight we need to nag DS3 to pack all his stuff as we're going to drive him back tomorrow and want to make an early start. DH is feeling much better and so am I, and this is actually the easiest option in many ways. We'll take an overnight bag just in case we get too tired to drive home the same day and see how it goes.
I hope everyone has had a good Friday.
