Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Thanks everyone. We had a good journey both ways and got back at about half ten last night. We dropped DS3's belongings at his house, took him to the supermarket so he could buy himself some food and then had a meal with him. We met the housemate we'd never met before who was very nice and we enjoyed chatting to DS3 during the meal. We were able to drive off knowing he was settled in and happy to be back
.
Today we're taking it easy and binge watching some good tv together. The house feels quiet without DS3 but I'll get used to it in a few days, especially when I'm back at work and busy.
I hope everyone is having a good Sunday so far.

Good to hear the journey went well, I am like you and would do anything to take my son back myself if it was possible. Gives you peace of mind that you delivered them back safely.

Thanks everyone
.
School was good today and I enjoyed doing the cover. It was very windy and I was worried some of the smaller children might blow away like kites :rotfl: but at least the rain held off until hometime. We had vomit in two classrooms by the end of the day  but not mine luckily :rotfl:.
Tomorrow I'm doing cover in the morning and then coming home to rest after my lunchtime job.
I hope everyone is having a good day today.
