I feel like I've had a good morning at school today
. It makes such a difference when it's dry and the sun is out after such a rainy October. I expect another early night helps too. I also dropped off a cardboard box and a bag full of craft materials at school so that's cleared some space and hopefully earnt me some brownie points
.
On the way home I bought eight pints of milk for £2.20 and also bought the C00p weekkly special offer of five items of frozen food for £5 to stock up the freezer. So it hasn't been a NSD but I did save 90p by taking my coke to school with me.
When I got home I remembered to sign up for a C00p membership card so that I can earn money off my future shopping. I've been intending to do that for months and not getting around to it. It cost £1 but I think it will be worth it.
This afternoon I want to do some more work on my assigment as I still have lots to do on it and I'll feel better if I can make some good headway. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Glad you had a good morning at school
Good that you've started remembering to take the coke to work, it will save you a lot of money, and Coke is Coke wherever you buy it. Can't believe it's 90p a can - I only ever buy it in packs of 8 for £3 at the most.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

The sunshine makes such a difference - it’s tippled down ALL day today and there’s some very big puddles across roads and a very high river. It was dark by half 4 too. Doesn’t do much in the cheery department- blue sky would be very welcome.January spends - £587.580

It would have been my Mum's birthday yesterday so I didn't feel like posting. I did have a good morning at school yesterday but our plans to go to a NT place in the afternoon didn't work out as I didn't get home until nearly 2pm and by the time I'd had lunch and got changed it was 3pm and I realised the NT place shut at 4pm.
I had a good day at school today but it was tiring as I worked for six and a half hours with just a fifteen minute lunch break. It was sunny but cold all day which always helps my mood.
When I got home I rang the doctor to get my blood test results and the receptionist said the doctor wanted to see me as I am prediabetic. I'm very surprised as I'm not overweight, I do a lot of exercise and I rarely eat sugar, so I can't imagine what could be causing it. Anyway I'm going to see the doctor next Thursday to discuss it. I hope there's nothing wrong with me.
I hope everyone has had a good day today. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
