    Today we went on another lovely walk up a hill with superb views over the mountains. We didn't meet a soul! Then we had a large slab of cake in a lovely cafe (I had chocolate and beetroot cake :D).

    A mere 12,942 steps today :).
    Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
    Debt in July 2017 = £58,766 😱 DEBT FREE 31 OCTOBER 2017 :T 🎉
    EMERGENCY FUND 1 = £50/£5,000. EMERGENCY FUND 2 = £10/£5,000.
    CHRISTMAS SAVINGS = £0/£500. SEF = £1,400/£12,000 PREMIUM BONDS ME = £350. PREMIUM BONDS DH = £300.
    HOLIDAY MONEY = £0 TIME LEFT TO PAY OFF MORTGAGE = 5 YEARS 1 MONTHS

    Firstly what fantastic news from Arsenal Barnie :j

    Secondly mmm to your stepdad remarrying so soon. I think men find it harder than women to be alone. Having said that, a friend of mine who lost her husband found a new bloke not that long afterwards- some people just can’t do being alone. I suppose at his age he realises he needs to grasp happiness while he can. I can understand how you feel though it’s only natural xx

    With regard to stepdad it seems a natural progression from what has gone before. But still difficult to handle emotionally :(.

    Sounds like a lovely time with your sister in Beanie land. The weather has hopefully been fab today as well. The situation with your step dad and lady friend i feel you are handling so well , I am sure your mum will always be in your step dads memories, he has spent a lot of his life with her.
