[QUTOE]not as noise sensitive as this silly woman
I think that's unreasonable when there is noise every 40 seconds for weeks on end.
I have rights. - You do, you have the right to move too. You live in a block of flats, expect noise. NOW that said, noise for weeks on end is very different to they'll break in in 24 hours....
I would urge you to look into it INDEPENDENTLY OP.
My experience is real.
I don't know if someone is being pedantic about minor terminology or something, but this all happened. I phoned them and people turned up at my door (any hour) and listened to the noise. - no we aren't being pedantic, your experience, as I've explained is because the property is owned by the council. And frankly is the exception.
People have right from noise and councils do have right to break in. - no they don't. they have the right to apply for an order to grant them the right to make entry.
I'll leave your thread now as I don't think people are being constructive.
If you want any other info them PM me.
What you're saying could be useful if you stopped dramatizing it0 -

Social housing providers including council housing will have their own noise teams but they will often advise contacting the councils Environmental Health team who work independently.
You once refused to respond to a post which had red lines of text added to the quoted text describing it as petulant (Truth is, you were loosing the argument). Amusing to see you are now petulantly doing this yourself.

I really didn't. I don't think I've ever used the word petulant and I almost always use red text so mistaken identity I think.0
