    How's it all going? :D
Cancel the kitchen scraps for lepers and orphans, no more merciful beheadings, and call off Christmas.

I did mean to update earlier this week...it rather feels like I'm holding my breath until I receive the results of the survey :o. I daren't do anything too practical re: packing atm, but I am now telling people that I am heading back home. I'm preparing for a full and active life in the place that I intend to call home for the rest of my life, so getting more involved in community activities I couldn't commit to before :).

The areas I feel like I'm winning on: food (quite enjoying not spending on it and watching the contents of the freezer dwindle bit by bit, ditto storecupboard) and dividing my summer clothing into stuff I can get rid of, and stuff I will keep but won't be using again this year - helped by a bit of therapeutic Kondo-ing. Once the two main bedrooms are dealt with, I'll be ready for the dreaded paperwork in my study / B3.

Hope is not a strategy :D...A child is for life, not just 18 years....Don't get me started on the NHS, because you won't win...I love chaz-ing!

Sounds like you are going to have a real new life in your new house. Same with you that I often want to drop out so many things like clothes and daily tools, but then new same things would be bought from market. So Just keep in mind be rational. rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
