Bank of Scotland - how many vantage accounts?

Just a quick one - can you still have 3 of these accounts?
It's been many years since i opened all my 3 but i had someone asking about it today & they already have 2. Can they open a third or did they stop that?

This is updated weekly and still says you can have 3 accounts.
