Had a bit of a meltdown at class last night.
New consultant & I gain & loose the same few pounds all the time.
I think I am going to have a break.
I really want to loose weight but by the same token it is really stressing me out & that makes me eat more.
    Seems like I cant win.
    Rock.Hard place.

Nothing wrong with having a short break from group (but please stay on here) if it isn't right at the moment. It's no good if you are stressing out about it.
Have a break from group, but keep the plan in the back of your mind, and take time to get back in to the right place to start losing again.

Or if you want to keep going to group, and protect what you have already lost, set a temporary target, so you can keep going to weigh in, but you don't pay, and you are just trying to maintain.

Don't be in awe of me. I am struggling, and ended up off ill this week. Feeling weak and feeble for struggling to cope.

It is ok to feel weak.
It is ok to feel feeble too but believe me that is not how you come across.
I for one could not cope with what you cope with.
    You are a star.

It's not a choice to cope though. You just have to deal with it, because there is no other option. I have to be strong for my husband and daughter, but inside I am a mess. Going to work feels normal, and it's kind of a distraction. Work and food are ways of grasping hold of some form of normality and control on my life, when the rest is falling apart.

Finally have wifi! Have read last couple of pages. Definitely not sticking to plan completely, french bread is so good. Still sticking to plan for most evening meals. We're having stuffed chicken breast wrapped in parma ham today.

A quick question for Maman if I may, is the Aldi lamb rogan josh chilled or frozen and are they single portions or for 2? Will obviously make rice to go with it.
Must admit still haven't come across an Aldi yet but now we are moving a bit further south hopefully we should find one soon. There are loads of Lidl's in the north but not many Aldi.

Going to sign off now as getting hard to read my ta let in the sun.

French bed is the best but worst food ever!!!

Service users? What do you do? x

You obviously do cope, and you've had a whole lifetime of it. At least mine is hopefully only short term. You are amazing coping with it and losing weight, and living life.
