Good Morning :hello:
Cold here 7 degrees brr
Good luck a t:footie: tomorrow maman :cool:0 -
Making creamy Cajun chicken for dinner tonight. Found the receipe on YouTube and it looks amazing. Hopefully it tastes as good as it looks.
I make the pinch of nom one with LoLo cheese and a few seasonings? Lovely.
BeanieLou I'm due 15th January. Being seen at the end of Nov/beginning of Dec about the low placenta etc so she might be brought early. If she is before Christmas, I'm off plan until January 2nd, there's rare meat, soft cheese, pate and a bottle or two of fizz with my name on them
On plan today, as far as I can see:
B - Bacon, mushroom and tomato sandwich (HEXB)
D - Tuna pasta salad (2 for mayo)
T - Creamy cajun chicken pasta (HEXA)
Top Boy going to his dad's tonight and Top Bloke working late so soaps and the sofa for me!0 -

We'll need more than luck tweets! Rumour has it that Virgil van D*ck will be playing and he's not match fit and we haven't got a striker that can find the back of the net.:( Determined to keep away from Crunchies until I get back to target though so it'll be a banana and I may go mad and have a Satsuma as well!:eek:Top Boy going to his dad's tonight and Top Bloke working late so soaps and the sofa for me!
And a few syns too surely!
Isn't it strange that you and tweets aren't so chatty in RL whiplashy. You'd never be able to tell from on here. I'm sure your consultant will leave you out if that's what you want. The questions they ask are very formulaic though. You could probably rehearse some model answers.:D
I've yet to do my meal plan and shop for next week. I could manage today but I'll probably go to Aldi as I feel happier when I'm organised and it can be manic there at weekends. I'd like to buy some more red fruits and yogurt too as I enjoyed that last week.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk (2 for syrup)
L: LO hash with cabbage and pickled cabbagechunky chilli with rice, SW chips and cottage cheese

Well done bubbs and whiplash.
My plan for today is out of the window. Currently at hospital having another transfusion and getting told off for playing on my phone, but not going to not finish the post cos its hard enough doing it one handed on a phone.
Eating rubbish, feeling rubbish but should feel better later and can hopefully at least do part of the day on plan.Zebras rock0 -
Aw sorry to hear that kathrynha. You play with your phone all you want!Back on the slimming world wagon 04.01.18

Finally have wifi! Have read last couple of pages. Definitely not sticking to plan completely, french bread is so good. Still sticking to plan for most evening meals. We're having stuffed chicken breast wrapped in parma ham today.
A quick question for Maman if I may, is the Aldi lamb rogan josh chilled or frozen and are they single portions or for 2? Will obviously make rice to go with it.
Must admit still haven't come across an Aldi yet but now we are moving a bit further south hopefully we should find one soon. There are loads of Lidl's in the north but not many Aldi.
Going to sign off now as getting hard to read my ta let in the sun.

Aldi Rogan Josh is chilled, can be frozen and serves one
I have three Aldis within walking distance from my house in sunny Leeds0 -
Hope you go on ok Kathryn. I once took a service user for a blood transfusion and it took some hours of just sitting there so I'd play on my phone if I was you:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

That's right about the curry. Personally I can eat a whole pack myself (told you I was greedy) but I think half a pack would be OK with some extras. Obviously bhajis etc would be synful but I do things like mushrooms and SW chips. I noticed MrsR has veg with hers.
My Aldi is due to close for refurbishment next month. It's about 6 miles to one and 12 to the next nearest. The furthest away one is better stocked and staffed though. I might manage with Lidl instead.
ETA: Out of curiosity I checked online and French Aldis seem to be in a block between Tours and the Dordogne around Bergerac, nothing much further south than that.0
