Happy to report that there are still no fireworks here, tweets.

Oh my, lush, you have so much willpower when faced with food that isn’t SW friendly!

Hi, jayII, there are lots of very helpful people on this thread. You’ll like them.

lush, I have NO issues to contend with and I still can’t get myself in hand weightwise at all. I do not have a single excuse/reason for this; it is shameful. Well done you.

Sorry you’re having to curtail your holiday, Denise. I’m glad your OH can sort this out himself; mine finds hammering a nail complicated.

kathrynha, it’s good that you were eating loads; it’s not so long ago that you could hardly eat anything at all.

gts, sorry you didn’t get to enjoy the engagement celebrations, but as you pointed out, and in someone else said earlier, “Every cloud …”

Oooh, bubbs, you do make a tasty looking dinner!

    Night all.

thanks greentiger; I think i'm just (trying to be) in the zone as I'm keen for something to work now that I've invested in going back to group! I've had a little slip up most days but I'm trying to claw it back each time rather than just give up after a slip and let every day go to pot :) Not sure what effect gym sessions will have so I'm just going to go and do some time on the treadmill (walk/light jog) and some time on the static bike as a starting point. I don't have an actual gym programme at the moment so I just kind of go for a bit of me time as well as just happening to be active!
that said no idea how I've been so restrained this weekend between pizza, party food, burger king etc ....I didn't even try to convince OH to have a cuppa or anything in the ikea caf!/food stand after the till!

Thank you for the lovely welcomes everyone, this is a Very Fast Thread!! :T

Can I please have -7 as my target for the new challenge. I don't mind if the challenge is 8 or 9 weeks but I'd be delighted if I got a 1 stone award by the end of December, so -7lbs it is.

  • I've been a bit awol recently. I'm still within target. Actually 2 lbs under my target weight.
I'm finding maintaining a bit of a challenge, as I run 10-13 miles a week, so I need extra calories for that. I was told to increase my HEXB choice, it seems to be working.
