Did you take photos of the item working and upload them to ebay? Or keep them yourself?

When I sell working electronics, I always take photos with today's date, and different functions to show working.

That way if anyone raises ss a dispute I have evidence. If there is a way to prove it was working when you sent it, contact eBay.

No I didnt as it was still sealed in the original box, never used.

Contact eBay now and tell them that. Say product was sold sealed in box. You have no way of proving it is,/was faulty.
    See what they say.

I've just spoken to them but they weren't much help. In my experience they always find in favour of the buyer and they've told me that if I let it go to dispute then I will also be responsible for the return postage cost. They said I just have to hope the buyer 'slips up' in their messages.

I'm so glad this has sold, it's costing a fortune to post and I *think* I listed it before the cap but I'm still going to make around £100 profit :T

:rotfl: That's awesome! Why on earth did you have a bouncy castle? Did you use it that much?!

Do you want to private message me. I can ask some experienced ebayers how to respond to buyer

Just put 4 more low value items on eBay that have been sat around on the "to list" pile for ages, so fingers crossed for some more sales.

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I made £57 at a boot sale this morning so £45 profit after pitch fees. I packed up at 10.30 though as everything I had left I know I can get more for on eBay. I dropped a few bits to the charity shop on the way home as it's as much about declutter img as making money for me at the moment!
