that's fab! just shows there is a market out there. years ago decluttering I used to bin mine. never occurred to me to sell or donate to charity shop.
see. don't be so fast to judge yourself. I think it's a great unusual sale.
very inspiring too. might have to go have a dig in my draw and see what I have left.
Thanks.. I now just give selling a go for everything I want to get rid of as you never know.. nothing lost by trying!2025 decluttering: 4,925 🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅🌟2025 use up challenge: 356🥉🥈🥇💎🏆Mini freezer challenge +5/-20Big kitchen declutter challenge 118/1502025 decluttering goals I Use up Challenge: 🥉365 🥈750 🥇1,000 💎2,000 🏆 3,000 👑 8,000 I 🥉12 🥈26 🥇52 💎 100 🏆 250 👑 5000 -
I'm sure most peoples other halves think that the stuff they do on here is a waste of time as mine does. I casually dropped into the conversation how much money I made last month and the month before and he said "how much?!".. not so scoffy now...! :rotfl:
If only our other halves had the same mindset as us and would join us in our quest for debt/mortgage free lives.we would all be very happy and much better off.

Hi please add me to the list. I'm going to aim for £50 per day... I lost today completely as I spent the day broken down on a blind bend with a police safety escort! They suggested I buy a new car. I'm devastated as that's just more money ! My eldest starts secondary school on Wednesday and I need to drive him the 10 miles each way for the school runs... but have no car! A taxi is £30 per journey... I just can't do it... so he will miss his first few days at secondary school probably. I am ill with the worst bout of flu I have ever had too... I think I just want to crawl under a rock and cry.
I will start selling tomorrow and see what I can raise towards repairs for the car... I need to repair it and sell it so I can get a replacement... anyone want a rubbish landrover freelander! Grrrr
Sorry to be so negative... one of those days!
I start with £16 saved in money off grocery coupons in waitr@@e and £2 for a facebay sale...
Good luck everyone and see you all in the threads with lots of cash going in your pockets xxxMake £/day March: £1490.85 / £310

Oh no.. hugs... things can only get better from here. Is there no one living nearby that he could get a lift with?
I remember when my car broke down.. it was when I was working v long hours at a different location on a work project and was quite far from home. It was also about 1 month before my wedding so already had lots of expense. The pick up driver complained about the long journey back to my house as I did have breakdown insurance (as though I did it on purpose!). I remember the phone call from the garage when they told me there was "catastrophic engine failure" and basically the car was a write off. They thought it was helpful to add that "it was very unusual and they had never seen it before". Really didn't help me as I had to drive 40 miles each way to work and so had to spend on a hire car and then buy another one quickly. What annoyed me is that work wouldn't pay for the hire car, but would pay for public transport even though it would have taken me over 3.5 hours each way, which would then be pointless and they wouldn't get their project finished. Bah.. anyway, sorry about the verbal diarrhoea.. I guess I am saying cars breaking down are never good timing, but you will get through it!2025 decluttering: 4,925 🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅🌟2025 use up challenge: 356🥉🥈🥇💎🏆Mini freezer challenge +5/-20Big kitchen declutter challenge 118/1502025 decluttering goals I Use up Challenge: 🥉365 🥈750 🥇1,000 💎2,000 🏆 3,000 👑 8,000 I 🥉12 🥈26 🥇52 💎 100 🏆 250 👑 5000 -

Cars suck don't they! I live rurally and the school is out of catchment area. It's all just pear shaped really. Today I had an anxiety attack that threw my poor health to the fore again. I am a medically disabled war veteran and have no steady work. No one wants to employ me. I think life can be low and luckily it does perk up at times. Nothing a lottery win can't fix... I might even buy a ticket for a few weeks...
One things for sure, tomorrow I am signing up to all the money making things people do on here - so if anyone gets referal bonuses please pm me and then you can gain too xxMake £/day March: £1490.85 / £310

Not all bought from me though, but lots of them stopped to see what I was selling and the repartee was fun. Made £67.20 after the £4 table fee and I'm really pleased with it considering I was only selling cheap and boring stuff:j. Certainly nothing that remotely qualifies for Aesop's 'most interesting thing' challenge:rotfl:. Have booked a table for next month too.
Sold a book on Amazon this morning but I'd missed the last collection so it won't get posted until Monday and I won't get paid until Friday at the earliest. Will add it then.
shariann, thanks for all your work on our totals for August:A. What a wonderful amount we made between us and that's not the full total either.

Thanks. I am looking at our bikes tomorrow and we might try to cycle the journey, its mostly narrow country lanes used by horse riders so should be ok. I know a local friend who will help but I can't impose
