DD was home and changed by 3.25..she comes out at 3.15, surprising what the promise of a disco can do :rotfl: Meat is on for the lasagne, cooked it through in a pan and will put it in the dish & stuff when I get back from the laundrette. :D

DD is so cheeky - she's just said "I need money for sweets & crisps ... I know 50ps:D" So I said "where are you getting the money from?" her responce? "Where ever you have them :D" :rotfl::rotfl: The bank of mum is now bankrupt! LOL :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Frankie.. I don't ever plan ANYTHING because one of the darlings will spoil it whatever I decide. Eg.. half way to school Tiddles chucked up all over herself.. standing in post office posting my 4 ebay parcels she does it again so instead of going to buy lollies we come home and fill the washer.. the covers fromthe pushchair her bestest eeyore AND her brand new coat she has only worn twice!!! Never fails does it? new coat = muck!!

Scaredy I'd move to Devon in a flash.. but I'd be covered in sick by the time I got there as my children are REALLY bad travellers.. unless of course I moved on my own and left them all here?? Actually I am covered in sick and I've not been anywhere!!!

Do we think she has picked up a bug (seeing as she hasn't been anywhere other than school runs for the last 6 weeks!!!) or was it the cat biscuits she ate earlier!!! I did tell her!!

DD1 having to collect from after school club because I have no buggy for Tiddles and she has no coat!!

DS1 missed his detention so will have another..

Best go strip the buggy and get it in the WM.. it better be dry by the morning!!!

I'm showered and shaved and shhhhh-melling NICE!!

Tesco delivery in the next 2 hours so hopefully there'll be something nice in that lot!!

I am soooo proud of myself!!! i know there are a couple of big things left on there, but i have been worrying about some of the small stuff forever! i have bought myself a cadbury's fudge and am having it with my cuppa (chai) as a treat! :j before attacking the job app. hopefully can copy and paste lots of the cv bits.

think i am a bit manic at the moment- one minute i am crying the other hyper! guess that's natural with everything going on.

tonight after meeting i will go through my wedding october to do list in the wedding planner and get things crossed off on there too.
also sold 2 books today, only £5 between them but better than nothing :T

right, before the job apps i am going to do 2 extra tasks:

*phone dad to ask for money to cover wedding deposits i've paid
*book rooms at bargain travel lodge for hen night (sister is at work so i might as well stick on the cc!

  • Just caught up with todays posts.

Hello Solway- good to hear all is going well!

Hugs and hellos to everyone and hugs for those feeling a bit low and those with poorly children.

I want cake after reading all those recipes, yummy.

One load in WM since getting in from work.
I stripped DS's bed this morning before we left and so that's been airing all day.
Also got DS to sort through a box of his old videos and we now have a stack of Bob the Builder and Rosie and Jim videos to take to our next car boot.

Ok time to go upstairs and tackle that bedroom. Hopefully DS will part with a few board games and make it look a little less like Toys R Us up there. :rotfl:
...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.

Embb you got to have something to look forward too! hehe!

Pigpen don't think it was the cat biscuit, DS2 eats the dog food ALL the time, pretending he is a puppy - ever noticed they behave better pretending to be puppies?

Got both snots and grots, gave them snacks, did the dishes, made a wee [STRIKE]bribe[/STRIKE] treat for if they eat dinner all up, hung a washing out. Snots and Grots look tired, any luck it will be quick dinner, bath and bed early. Oh must go up and make their beds back up, mattresses had plenty of airing time now.

My day is given a rough outline of a plan, but usually I wing it.

I found 2 little bugs on DD3 this morning so I'll be defleaing again tonight.. I also found one on Tiddles... courtesy of the cat so they are being deflea'd as well.. regular little parasite haven this!!! May as well deworm everyone as well.. just for the fun of it!!

I was the biggest so had everything delegated to me too.. right little Cinderella I turned into.. now you know why I don't like housework now.. I've done it since I was able to!!

buggy covers in the WM and the coat and eeyore and everything.. it needed a wash anyway it was filthy.. guess why I bought a black buggy! Oh.. and DD3's coat.. that was in the basket underneath and had been caught as well!!

Tiddles is a bit pale but other than that she appears ok.. but I'm feeling icky now.. I think it is probably a bit of lunacy because I have a phobia of icking... or I did.. not sure how I'll cope now.. after a few too many nights out and a few too many nights spent with my face on the loo seat!! lol I can clean it off anything.. except the floor!! and I don't know why!

    Inspire me.. what's for dinner?
