Those of you with babes and tummy babes as we call them please don't go mad. I have only really got the hang of keeping house in the last year since DS3 started full time school. When mine were little we often lived in chaos but now that time has passed and I don't regret it at all.

Just an update from me, got a lot done yesterday which is lucky cos dd#1 has been poorly and off school today. Going to finish off when kiddos are in bed and probably clean kitchen & dining room floors tonight as they really need doing.

Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs

    Level 1
    [strike]Vacuum floors and sofas [/strike][strike]
    [/strike]Level 2
[strike]Dusting, even if around everything [/strike][strike]
[/strike][strike]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe [/strike][strike]
[/strike][strike]Clean TV[/strike], other electricals and cabinets
Water any thirsty plants, wipe their poor neglected leaves!!
    Level 3
Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!) and banister
Clean any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc
[strike]Tidy shoes, coats and bags [/strike].. wash any that need washing in preparation for cold weather!! See if there are any that don't fit, past their best or just plain uncomfy which could leave the house!
Put up linings or winter curtains to keep out those draughts.
    Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks –
    • [strike]
    • Paperwork clearance.. spend 15 minutes minimum sorting through those piles of paper.
    • [/strike]Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
    • Clean a window or two.
    • [strike]Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!! [/strike]
    • Ring someone you love, just to tell them you love them!!
    Deep Clean Challenge
Clean light fittings, skirtings even the ones behind furniture. Clean fire-surrounds. Wipe sofa's down. Clear as may hotspots as you can.. see if you can get it all into one pile instead of 15!!!

:rotfl: :rotfl: we are 12, mentally :rotfl: :rotfl:

If we didn't laugh at the moment with what we have going on we would cry!! Getting a bit overwhelming now to say the least. Helps the day go faster when you have a giggle once in a while, I've got a little 'wicked streak' DP calls it which means I am mischief, if I don't get into mischief at least once a day I get 'narky', for instance today I have ...intentionally put no sugar in his coffee so he went *pleurgh* :rotfl: tried to drag his shorts down when he was stood in front of the window knowing he'd gone commando, walked over to him continuing painting motion on his arm :D plus pushing him off his seat of course, probably more things but I forget....

:rotfl: I also like teaching people a lesson, a guy I didn't know (but my mates did) I was chatting to when we were out one night, he'd left his keys in his bonnet (Focus) so I took them out & put them in my pocket, noone seen, after hunting all over for them I think he learned his lesson, gave him them back, he'll not leave his keys hanging about again :D At my old work the managers did learn not to leave the keys in the safe :)

Oh I've walked the dogs & collected the kids, more packing after I have fed the kids....
One day I might be more organised...........

Did I mention I've now been on hold to BT for 40 minutes? It's free phone thankfully, trying to get the £124.99 installation charge removed, engineer said 'say I just had to test the line and it was fine' and they should, not sure if that was the case but who am I to argue, so going to try :rotfl: was one of DPs old mates who came out :D just wish customer services actually answered!!!!!!!!

Must sort through the freezer once I eventually get off the phone, still not found anything for mine & DPs dinner, loads of blackberries & bread but nothing for dinner found yet, getting hard work this running freezer down, I've not bought anything to go in it for about 3 weeks, kids sorted thankfully thats cooking now....

Shhhh no mentioning numbers beginning with 3, because I'll be that next year & do not want reminding!!
