    So Juncker will soon be out of office and it will never go ahead?. I take it Verhofstadt will also soon be out of office and his opinion won't count? And feel free
    To look for numerous interviews on YouTube to get it from the horses mouth . Who's next for your "chop"?, there are numerous EU elites who are still in office and promote an EU army. You know ,that army remainers claimed during the build up to the referendum that we were all scaremongering about and you remainers constantly bang on about Brexiteers telling pork pies....Remind me again who has the power to propose EU laws,Legislation etc?
    Wake me up when there's a EU army or when each and every EU member state is forced into the Euro.
    Jeez....why are you guys still falling for this scaremongering?

    I vote that instead we leave you asleep. ;)

    This from Juckers himself, during the union speech just yesterday:

    Eyesight problems now?
    I posted earlier about the Swiss taking a stance against the EU regarding equivalence (see below);

    Maybe you are so desperate that you're making silly errors and missing things?

    You might want to take your own advice. ;)

    In the EU the UK could veto the formation of a European army (according to Fallon). Outside the EU we have to accept that we have reduced influence on the actions the EU take.

    Given we voted to leave the EU you have to assume concerns about a European army were trumped by bigger issues.

    In 1961, before we even joined, Harold Macmillan said that by joining we could reform away its ‘ever closer union’.

    As European Commission President Juncker told us, “There can be no democratic choice against the European treaties.”

    Project Nonsense certainly fooled you guys, I'd be embarrassed, even the Treasury Select Committee put the boot in;

    The central Treasury forecast was for a ‘brief shallow recession’, but the entire Remain establishment told us we’d be putting a bomb under our economy

    Remains £4300 cut to every household;

    ‘Neither government departments nor other spokespeople for the remain side should repeat (this) mistaken assertion… to persist with this claim would be to misrepresent the Treasury’s own work’.

    Odd. On one hand the UK is confident, powerful with influence on the world stage but when it suits we're poor little UK who can't get the nasty boys at school to stop picking on us.

    When did Macmillan say that by the way? Whoever you stole that quote from without attributing the source was probably wrong. Macmillan actually said that the Treaty of Rome didn't commit members to a federalist solution or give the EEC powers to compel members to do so.

    On 'ever closer union' these are his words
    This would constitute an historic step towards that closer union among the European peoples which is the common wish of the United Kingdom and of the Members of the Community

    Project Fact:

    What the Treasury report actually said and a link to the original for your perusal. Please note the 'after 15 years'.
    The central estimates – defined as the middle point between both ends of the range – for the annual loss of GDP per
    household under the 3 alternatives after 15 years are:

    £2,600 in the case of EEA

    £4,300 in the case of a negotiated bilateral agreement

    £5,200 in the WTO
    https://www.gov.uk/government/news/hm-treasury-analysis-shows-leaving-eu-would-cost-british-households-4300-per-year

    Go on, give it a read. Yes I know, it's a bit lengthy, uses difficult words and doesn't contain pretty pictures.

    The problem with the Remain camp is that it sucks up every word that comes out of the EU as the holy writ and so that the EU must be a huge success because Juncker and Barmier say so. Therefore, Davis is unrealistic and deluded because that is what they say . What they actually mean is that Davis is being unrealistic because the UK hasn't simply rolled over and given in to their demands and they are not used to that.

    It surprises me that anyone c an seriously think that things are going well in the EU when there is plenty of evidence that it is not. To think otherwise is shockingly naive.

    Your tit for tat response is inaccurate. The penny is beginning to drop with people who led the Brexit campaign in this country:- https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2017/sep/14/vote-leave-britain-single-market-tories-labour-brexit https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2017/sep/13/brexit-wont-solve-issues-that-led-to-leave-vote-says-mark-price-ex-trade-minister

    I don't hate all migration. In fact , I'm married to someone who's mixed race. My son is dating some who's mixed race. I'm not a racist. I don't care about the colour of people's skin or where they were born.

    What I hate is that my kids are never going to be able to leave home. My family and friends have kids that can't leave home. The reality of three generations in a house is my realirty. My kids don't earn much despite dripping in educational qualifications because there is too much competition in the labourmarket - which is great for employers.

    Their lives are crap. I had a better life.

    I don't know why you can't see what is happening ?

    My kids will have a better life when we leave the EU. So will everyone elses.

    Why don't your kids move to less densely populated parts of the country to find work/accommodation. Freedom of movement allows people the chance to move across boundaries. We will lose that soon. I moved from Wales to London in the eighties to work. All my family are still in Wales. How can there possibly be too much competition in the Labour market? If you are a tory you thrive on competition?
