Ireland - and today evidence for further concerns regarding Brexit:

    http://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-britain-eu-ireland/majority-of-eu-goods-most-exposed-to-britain-are-irish-study-idUKKCN1BO1QZ?il=0

Something has to give; will the EU really sell Ireland down the river and very possibly by so doing push Ireland into leaving the EU too?

No, no you have it all wrong, the Irish will willingly sacrifice themselves for the 'great' goal of EU unity..........

This is THE number one blind spot Remainers have. They seem unable to imagine just how Irish citizens will react when elites in Brussels seek to hamper their UK sales.

Come on Hamish - tell us where you're building your 4 Newcastles every 3 years?

    The anticipation is killing me.

I wager we will never get an answer......

Still waiting for your evidence regarding your Labour Party membership comment. Mind you the anticipation is not killing me!

They don't really care mate....they've moved on from our sad little backwater state of mind! https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2017/sep/13/brexit-britain-eu-european

But remember what Moby tell us, we're the embarrassing laughing stock nasty country.

That always makes me chuckle, "Our reputation is in shatters"...Who exactly are we compared to the absolute shambles of Italian MP's? The bankrupt economy of Spain, Portugal, Greece? The elite in Romania? Who exactly is it we are an embarrassment too? The Austrians that almost voted in a far right leader? The Hungarians who have built a barbed wire fence around their country to keep immigrants out?..the list goes on.

And so have most the the Brexiteers, its only the remainers who keep having a paddy, the rest of would rather just get on with it.

Within a few decades it will finally be looked at as the molehill and not the mountain that the MSM portray, and new generations will see the remainers a bitter old men stuck in the past.

Would you like a list of the questions posed to pro-EU, pro-remain posters in these threads that have gone unanswered?
    There are many.
Judging by those you will be waiting a long time.

As the last thread has been trashed, could we perhaps start again?

Anyone who wishes to continue the slanging match, please continue posting on the other one.
Now note please the vehement unfounded attempts at promulgating the very same "slanging match" in other threads by continual untruths in post after post, hoping no-one calls out their lies. In "Inflation"; in "Corbynomics"; in "JRM"; and yes, even in this thread.
At the risk of appearing uncompromising I for one will not allow the lies to go unchallenged.
To those more patient and forgiving than myself I apologise for so often being the lone voice and responding to what amounts to propaganda.
To those spreading the propaganda I say: "you will not go unchallenged".

Must be a slow news day Europe wise judging by the minutiae people's google alerts are dragging up.

Think of it this way...we had a good position compared to those countries you list but have embarked on a masochistic journey of self damage that was completely unnecessary which will diminish our status and influence....but you carry on complacently chuckling away.
