eBid Lifetime subscription half price til midnight tonight

Can anyone tell me how I can get off the ebid site? I am seller + and have sold nothing....which is not the issue. I now just want to stop paying the fees and leave. I have tried to stop the subscription, but have had no luck. Emails at 'contact us' simply do not go as when I fill in the blanks they tell me it has not been done correctly. The next bill is due in a week. I have been onto my bank, who say I can take action but the next amount has to be deducted first and all correspondence kept as evidence for a case. I have done that too but I really don't want this to turn into something big.
However it is a little worrying that there seems to be nothing dealing with those wanting to pull out. In FAQs there is nothing on it at all.
Any help, suggestions ideas at all would be warmly welcome.

No doubt one of the spammers will be along soon and log in using several different usernames to defend Ebid.

If I hadn't posted this I reckon you would have at least 6 Different users reassuring you everything is okay!

This entire thread isn't born from a chance encounter from an MSE'er noticing a good deal. IT'S AN ADVERT!!! and there is a name for such adverts!!! little point trying to explain what that name is!
