OP - as said above - 50/50 split would be the ideal outcome as a clean cut, job done scenario but if you are unable to reach a compromise of 50/50 then I would consider losing the £90 -
I would actually suggest the OP should just agree to handover the £90 as they are already well ahead of keeping 50% of what was in the account at the time of the breakup. They said they managed to transfer £600 out before it was frozen.ThatWentTitsUpThenDidntIt wrote: »

No, you can't. Noddle is run by Callcredit, so yes you can see that, but to see Experian and Equifax records you'll need to register with them separately (and pay).
However, Callcredit I believe will show every account (with credit facilities) that you have, so it should still be very useful. It shows all of my (substantial number of) credit accounts.
Clearscore shows Equifax reports and the MSE Credit Club shows Experian.
Both are free.
And Callcredit (Noddle) only shows accounts that have been reported to them.0 -
