OP - as said above - 50/50 split would be the ideal outcome as a clean cut, job done scenario but if you are unable to reach a compromise of 50/50 then I would consider losing the £90 -

I would actually suggest the OP should just agree to handover the £90 as they are already well ahead of keeping 50% of what was in the account at the time of the breakup. They said they managed to transfer £600 out before it was frozen.

after the break up I transferred approx. £600 from the joint account to my personal one to help mitigate my losses from him walking out
I can tell you now that he will never agree to an outcome other than him getting 100% of the money. I won't let him have a penny.

No, you can't. Noddle is run by Callcredit, so yes you can see that, but to see Experian and Equifax records you'll need to register with them separately (and pay).

However, Callcredit I believe will show every account (with credit facilities) that you have, so it should still be very useful. It shows all of my (substantial number of) credit accounts.

Clearscore shows Equifax reports and the MSE Credit Club shows Experian.

    Both are free.

And Callcredit (Noddle) only shows accounts that have been reported to them.

OP - there's no need to pay.

Follow the advice in #4 to access all 3 CRAs free.

amanita - if you are paying for this service, you can save money every month by doing the same ;)
