Unless you are someone who can confidently defend yourself it's got to be best to avoid the physical confrontation.
Exactly, quite a few times I have had people pull out in front of me, where I have had to brake. The driver then seems to spend a good while concentrating on looking in his mirrors, I assume to see if I react, I guess so they can then have a pop for daring to question their sterling driving skills.
I don't react, I think what an idiot then pay no further thought to them, I have more important things to worry about.0 -
And in other news, Kenneth Noye has been moved to an open prison.
It helps when you've got money and you 'know the right people'.You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

Years ago there was an incident in Moorgate, London on a particularly hot summer's day when a taxi driver began shouting at another driver and calling him all the names under the sun when he got out of his cab and called the other driver out. The six feet four guy got out punched only once and the cabbie went out for the count. Very sad.You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

I drive Audi A6 estate 3.0 tdi estate and i dont get out and offer to batter people, Other day coming along M4 raining im in middle lane doing 65 and some old grannie in a old fiesta decides to pull out to overtake a lorry no indication nothing luckily there was nothing in the fast lane
So you were middle lane hogging and for the record, there is no such thing as the fast lane, unless otherwise stated by signage and road markings, all lanes other than the inside lane are overtaking lanes.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0 -

Perhaps Muscle750 had moved to the middle lane in good time from the nearside lane, having seen the lorry? Why assume the worst?0 -

Regardless of how rich you are OR what you drive, if you think your better than someone else, you will treat them poorly AND you will most likely become angered if they don't "kowtow" to you.
Of course it's not the car that makes people drive over the crossing, it's that the attitude that makes people baulk at stopping commonly resides with the attitude that affects car choice. If you think you're better than someone else you'll be more attracted to cars that look better than others.0 -

Yes, but people who are not initially like that also buy such cars and quickly turn into people like that. Then it all becomes a bit chickeny/eggy.
I suppose some people are predisposed to behaving that way, they seek the opportunity, but don't "change" until some event or another triggers it.
It's like being at work, the people who would make the best managers rarely get the opportunity, because the role typically attracts people who seek status and the opportunity to lord over others, people who will happily destroy other peoples careers to get that job.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Drivers thinking they are Gods. Had to remind someone the other day that being in a big car does not make you a big man. Idiot tried to overtake me on the wrong side of the road in a residential area going at a stupid speed. Once he realised he couldn't get pass he resorted to tailgating me so I stopped my car, got out and it's then he realised, though I am in a car 4x less expensive than his, I am twice his size and 3 times his strength.0
