If someone was looking to screw me over for £100, and after losing at POPLA, the threat of a court case against me a possibility, I’d be doing a good bit more research to ensure I was ahead of this game, not trailing in its wake and hoping others can rescue me.I am sorry I don't check the forums out dailyPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum.
