Just check out that bottom r/h corner!
I am sorry I don't check the forums out daily
If someone was looking to screw me over for £100, and after losing at POPLA, the threat of a court case against me a possibility, I’d be doing a good bit more research to ensure I was ahead of this game, not trailing in its wake and hoping others can rescue me.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
