Have you searched this forum board first, for the words 'lost POPLA'? Loads of threads to read from people now ignoring the scam. Even more specific, search 'lost POPLA Euro' (obviously NOT adding the words: 'car parks' in any search here!).
No-one actually PAYS Euro Car Parks!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

HI All
Ok we have now had a letter from a debt collection agency advising we now need to pay 160.00..
Do I need to do anything? They have stated at the bottom of the letter .. regards a supreme court ruling in Nov 2015 that a parking charge was lawful..0 -
Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post # 4. Tells you everything you need to know about debt collectors. We don’t need you to tell us about them - we’ve seen thousands of such cases. The sticky will help you out. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No doubt from the down and outs called DRP
DRP are a totally clueless and powerless bunch of
timewasters :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:... IGNORE DRP
The supreme court ie: BEAVIS, was all about if
the charge was fair AND nothing to do with you.
You really cannot be dealing with brain dead companies
trying to extort money from you
TOTALLY IGNORE DRP
If the PPC wants to take it further, they will let you know
and then come back here0 -
Thought you would have been expecting that, seeing as you've been here months and have read the NEWBIES thread. Post #4 begs people not to bother to post about these boring letters...AMBERSHADOW wrote: »Ok we have now had a letter from a debt collection agency advising we now need to pay 160.00.
I too have collected the full gamut of debt letters (a full set) from Euro Car Parks. It makes good hamster bedding.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Of course - Zenith.
Are you sure it’s ‘another debt collector’? Try checking the light grey small print at the bottom r/h corner of Zenith’s letter. What does that say?
