You need to challenge all the points the PPC have put forward as evidence.AMBERSHADOW wrote: »I have really need some help in what comments I have to reply to POPLA with, I have been given 7 days and I am now really worried
When are your seven days up?0 -
use the forum search and POPLA REBUTTAL , use anything from this year
take their evidence apart, contracts , signage , landowner contract etc0 -
You've got the evidence pack, have fun picking the evidence to pieces! We can't see it, you can. Hardly difficult:AMBERSHADOW wrote: »I have really need some help in what comments I have to reply to POPLA with, I have been given 7 days and I am now really worried
- dates on signage photos - old? no dates?
- landowner contract - heavily redacted? No signatures or names visible? Looks like the date of the initial contract has expired?
You can look at all that, be observant and don't be impressed with mere template *words*.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Suggest you need to condense your comments to fit.
From the NEWBIES thread:
There are samples linked from the same place.Your comments are to rebut the operator's case, blow by blow (but make it CONCISE) without naming the driver. Do not re-write your appeal or call it 'an appeal' or POPLA will not read it.
Perhaps if you were to post your comments here, you might get suggestions on improving/reducing it.0 -

What did you find when you first of all search for the forum for '2000 characters' as your keywords, to find all the zillions of other times this has been asked?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorted Thank you.. Ill post if I am successful :-)0 -
We lost our appeal..
can someone advise what happens next please0 -
Lost a POPLA appeal? Can you post the POPLA ruling please?
What happens next? You do nothing ... the POPLA ruling is not binding on the appellant. You wait to see if the PPC initiates court action. First there'll be a spate of debt collector letters that you can ignore.0
