    If you can link to where I should look as I really have no idea about any of this, I just copied and pasted the template to them..

    Thank you for your reply, I am sorry if I offended you, I am not up to date with any of this and finding it a struggle so far... After reading the posts I still find I am struggling ..


    I have read the sticky posts and I am presuming that the links there for the appeals are the ones you use ?

    Yes ... you now follow the POPLA appeal advice in the NEWBIES thread, using the linked templates to create your own POPLA appeal. (You can cut/paste from the templates but you still need to customise to your own situation).

    Post your POPLA appeal here for review prior to sending to POPLA.

    Ok I have re-read newbies and searched and this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5678881 seems to be the exact same as our situation so am I allowed to copy and paste for my benefit? and is both posts to be included?
