PCN for breastfeeding - Appeal lost with Premier Parking

Regarding the PCN, we are passed the debt collector stage and we are about to hear from the QDR litigation department after two letters from them saying that we have to pay slightly more than £200 and all that.
These do not end in court and NO-ONE here pays these. If you did get a claim we'd help you defend, but it won't come via QDR, so no writing back to them pointlessly.Thank you both, much appreciated.
Are you talking about our local MP or the MP of the area where the parking is located?
CheersWent to citizen advice and they didn!!!8217;t quite know what to do, they told us to contact the PO to see if we could pay the original £100. Not the option we are looking for but they did what they could.

Hi to the OP - I have been landed with a PCN for this same car park and am currently putting my POPLA appeal together.
Would it be possible to get the Landowner's info from you please?
To the regulars - as we were on holiday at the time we don't have any pictures of the signage - is it worth asking to use the ones from this case or are they too old now?
I will start my own thread once I have a first draft for you but hope this request is appropriate for this thread.
Thanks so much0 -
