Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

Absolutely. I don't think anyone is suggesting otherwise. Current panelists are just chatting about what might and might not happen.Damio said:
That is peoples own choice, Spectos are effectively inviting people to join their new panel, with their way of working and rewards, anybody who does not wish to for any reason (rewards, app/smartphone requirement, way of working, parcels or any other reason) can simply choose not to sign up.HonestJohn said:
Too early to be specific. People have complained about the parcels with Kantar. Spectos will not get all of the Kantar panellists as some say they will not use an app as they have no smartphone. People will vote with their feet.Damio said:
Surely if people are not happy or unwilling to carry out the tasks for the reward levels Spectos are offering they simply should not sign up?HonestJohn said:
If you only get 35p per visit to a PO for a parcel drop instead of £2 there will be a lot of complaints.
Why would you sign up for something which you are not happy doing?
The reward/reimbursement level has been clearly set out, if anybody is unhappy with it simply don't sign up..... If you willingly sign up and carry out the tasks you don't really have cause to complain.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. I think it likely that people will sign up and then decide after (or during) the first cycle whether it is worth it. To me - it depends whether the small payments per item in and out are enough to counteract the loss of the £2 per parcel. That's because it's fairly easy for me to nip out to the PO (walking distance) at times I know it's not busy (I work from home and not always fixed hours). But for others, the PO is a specific trip to town, or a diversion on another journey, and they may decide the reward isn't worth the effort.Damio said:

So Spectos may then find themselves short of panellists in key areas and realise they need to rethink the offer to attract people.I need to think of something new here...3 -
I have just been kicked off for reporting a issue with the letters received. The letters wasn't open just had stains on envelopes.
Warning don't report anything because they assumed that royal mail postie know your a panelist according to kantar.
Thanks

I didn't think there was a question about whether an item was clean, though there may have been in the past.kimp22 said:I have just been kicked off for reporting a issue with the letters received. The letters wasn't open just had stains on envelopes.

Was the stain something which may have delayed delivery, such as by obliterating part of the postcode?0 -
No the stains looked like blood and they where in a sorry bag because of it. I have been asked to return all rfid but have had to request a bag for them.
Thanks

It's the "sorry" bag that did it - Kantar assumes someone in RM now possibly knows you are a panellist.kimp22 said:No the stains looked like blood and they where in a sorry bag because of it. I have been asked to return all rfid but have had to request a bag for them.

Correctly Delivered invite at 2pm today - didn't see it until just after 5 but still got on. And the app still thanks me for agreeing to the Unaddressed Survey.
I'm supposed to get my first Posting Pack this week but nothing showing yet under Item Preparation. Usually they appear there first don't they?I need to think of something new here...0 -
See them first in the app. Touch on "Items to send", then "Okay". At the bottom is "Show future items".NBLondon said:Correctly Delivered invite at 2pm today - didn't see it until just after 5 but still got on. And the app still thanks me for agreeing to the Unaddressed Survey.

It looked really bad that's why I reported it (something gone wrong with my fonts now). I am not really that bothered about it now been doing it for years. Thanks kim

I've not received next week's posting pack next week's posting pack, but there is 1 item in my item preparation which is showing as "RFID: none" and I can't amend it?
Does that mean Kantar want me to send this item without an RFID? Is this normal?0
