Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

My star rating has just dropped and everything has been posted on the correct day so time must come into it - not that I really care !gt94sss2 said:
Its just based on the day not the timeHonestJohn said:
In your experience how does this affect the star rating? Are they marking you only on the day you post or does the time have a bearing too?Chocmonster7 said:I've been on the panel for over 10 years and worked out early on that whilst they can request you post at certain times (for example am/pm) they have no way to force that so just do what fits in with your life. The point I did make on the feedback to them as that the reward for posting parcels now is way too low for the amount of effort you have to put in.

Hi Sorry to be a pain and ask a FAQ.Can't find the answer on the panellist help pages.I have just 1 rfid envelope and 8 RFIDs to return. IIRC I can put max of 5 rfids in an envelope so I need to ask for more. But can't finde the information so not 100% sure. Can someone confirm?0

They don't anymore, they removed the instructions for PO staff from them at some point.quoia said:Does nobody read anything any more?
The Sales Order Summary (Manifest) contains the full instructions and procedure to follow, which buttons to press, which options to choose in order to process these at a PO counter.
Thanks for this
It must have been quite recent, I was doing these as part of the survey until just a few weeks ago and at my usual PO in May, there was a newbie behind the counter who looked puzzled and said 'I'm going to have to ask my manager how to do this"
I said that that information was on the manifest if they looked closely.
Sure enough, "Oh, yes" came back "it's Click & Drop isn't it" - half a minute later it was sortedThere are 10 types of people in the world. ‹(•¿•)›(11)A104.28S94.98O112.46N86.73D101.02(12)J130.63F126.76M134.38A200.98M156.30J95.56J102.85A175.93

These cubes are getting beyond a joke now. The postman has just delivered 4 packages, 3 with cubes to post in the same week and a sack for 2 of them. I only started the current participation this week so that will be 5 cubes in 2 weeks. The sack ones will have to wait until the following week as it will be a Saturday and I am catching a train that day before the post office opens. Don’t think I will be accepting the invitation next time ( if Kantar are still running it) if it carries on like this.1

I have been back on the survey for 4 weeks this time and apart from the first week have had one or two cubes to post each week - next week I have 2 again. Queried this with Kantar who said that it was because they were short on people in my area who would do the cubes since they offered the opt-out clause. I pointed out if they keep giving me them so frequently I will opt-out too as it's too time-consuming and she agreed that it was a problem for them but didn't offer any reassurance that they would stop

You can use the parcel post boxes for them. Although they do tend to get stuck but I’ve decided that’s not my problem, millie said:These cubes are getting beyond a joke now. If only that were an option for many. 40 miles or 70 miles are the closest to me !elsien said:

Yes I have none anywhere near me. I would have to catch a bus into the city centre to do that. I was never asked if I wanted to opt out of sending cubes. How do you do that ? because if this keeps happening I will be doing just that.

I opted out. The rewards are the same whether you do them or not, so I decided I couldn’t face the hassle unnecessarily.millie said:These cubes are getting beyond a joke now. The option was on a message. As I had opted out during covid they asked if I was now able to post cubes now that I was back on the survey. I declined saying the post office local to me still had limited opening hours.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
