If you have two cubes with the same postage labels, both 1st or 2nd then they need to go into the sack together. You then take that to the post office and hand it in with the sheet. The info should all be in the pack.
I had not thought of that, just checked and they are different address's.
The parcels will be going to different addresses but they go in the same sack.
It is the class of postage (1st or 2nd) which has to be the same to go in a single sack, not the delivery addresses.
They send the sacks to you at the same time as they send the cubes to be made up.
Sacks and cubes arrive in separate plastic envelopes - possibly on separate days but always close together.

Thanks - wasn't sure if the post office would be funny about doing that or not.
My local post office hates me doing it (I regularly pre-pay parcels and special delivery using stamps) as they get no commission from it, however post office customer services have confirmed that they MUST accept the items and issue the relevant proof of postage etc if requested. The larger post office in town has no issues with it whatsoever.

I now only use this small village post office for pre-paid cubes and items I have pre-paid using stamps as I would rather spend my money with the more helpful staff at the larger branch.

I’m so tempted to keep the envelopes they send for posting, with the bar coded stamps and use my own envelope with stamps from my collection!

But if I send the under £200 ones and they get lost in the post,  I'm not covered am I?

In theory - if you got proof of posting - you could then claim for loss from RM.   But I've no idea how you'd prove the contents - a photo/scan of the completed form?

You could request forms and envelopes here to break it up into smaller batches of £20 or less.   Since the envelope has a postcode, you can get proof of postage more easily but you only get one form per request so you might have to do it once a week until you have enough.
I need to think of something new here...

Just had a correctly delivered invite e-mail timed 14.01, app notification came later at 14.05.  Glad I was actually looking at the time the e-mail arrived :)
When I accepted the "correctly delivered" invite pop up on web page it thanked me for taking part in the "unaddressed" survey.

Whilst looking at the help section I noticed they've changed the parcel posting frequency.

How often will I be asked to post a parcel at a Post Office?

We’ll ask you to post parcels in a Post Office on average 2-3 times a month. You may need to post more than one item in each trip.

I have sent a sack when I did my last stint so I know how to do them thanks anyway.

I came back from holiday and had 5 different packages from them containing cubes, a sack and envelopes so was not sure when the sack came. If it had been the end of last week it could have been for postings I do not know about as yet.
