Just found an RFID listed as in stock, appeared today.  Cleared them all out last week and sent them back as my last 2 items of this stint are all ready to go.  I wonder if they have sent me one as I didn't have enough to fill those last 2 items until late in the week when about 6 test items turned up.

@elsien I split my stamps and sent in 2 lots one day apart to keep it under £200 and 1 lot went missing.

When I had got one lot of exchanged stamps back and not the other, I waited a couple of weeks then sent an email to their customer service.

They replied & passed me on to the relevant team who asked me to confirm the date I sent it. To be honest I couldn’t remember so gave them a rough date and they sent me out replacement stamps anyway. I was happy enough with that. 👍🏻

So I would say to anyone not sending special delivery to make a note of the date/s sent and as someone else suggested maybe take a photo of the forms.

Yes, I split the stamps into two lots and sent them seperatly & took pictures on my phone of the forms.
I clearly listed x no of 1st stamps, 1st large ect & the cost & of each.
They came back quickly & correctly.

Took my cube bag to the post office and they didn’t have a clue. They tried scanning the bar code and got an invalid token message. So the woman asked me to come back another time.
I’ve been off the panel did 6 months and couldn’t remember what they did before but scanning the code should have worked, shouldn’t it?

I’d have left it with them. I can’t remember exactly what they are meant to do, but without a correct scan the post office won’t have logged receiving it, but they could still start the posting process. The recipients would acknowledge receipt on the app and you would have logged posting, so it would still be monitored.

Actually, it doesn't on the summary that has come with the posting pack. It's different to the example shown on the item preparation guide. Item number etc but no instructions.

Attempt number 2. Sub postmaster also had no idea. Left it and the non-instructioned order summary with them to figure out as the only alternative was to take in the Kantar guidance, which I didn’t want to do as that would then officially “out” me as opposed to it being an educated guess on their part.

Reading ability intact but of no help in this situation.

They don't anymore, they removed the instructions for PO staff from them at some point.
