I'm trying to print on the spare labels that come with the posting packs (for my personal post, not survey post) but can't get the addresses lined up. I've tried software within Word. The closest size I can find is Avery L7162 but it is a couple of cms different.

Does anyone use other software for printing on these labels please? A free download would be good. I'm not very clued up with computers so any help would be gratefully received.

Been on the panel for years now and have never received a squashed cube!! Am I the only one??
I have been on the survey for many years and I only ever received 1 cube which has been squashed, the panelist had inter folded the flaps and added tape.

The only benefit of a smashed parcel is that the RM see your RFID and then you get great service for a while.
If they can see the RFID they can see your address on the outside of the parcel though.

@HomingPigeon - yes, they see the address and that's why HJ thinks you "get great service for a while" afterwards!

By the way, you can amend posts after they have been uploaded by clicking on the cog symbol at the top right of the post and selecting "edit".

You can use the blank labels and print on them using your laser printer.

I downloaded the word template, if you use the template as is - you'll get misaligned box lines - you will need to edit it and change the boxes to have no lines.

Thank you HJ but I'll have to get some physical help as I've tried to do what you've advised and I can't do it.   :0(

By the way, great advice about editing and the cog, I hadn't even noticed it there.

Good luck. I haven't tried it yet. Probably will be using it for my Christmas cards.

Great idea. I'll do that too if I can manage to get it set up properly.

Anyone receive parcels other than cubes?

Once in a blue moon I have received a medium parcel - I think maybe two in all the years I've been on the panel.
