HomingPigeon said:I wonder if Kantar are aware of the problems of receiving cubes with inadequate packing inside? When recording received items I can't remember being given the opportunity to let them know about squashed/battered cubes. Mind you, I imagine they know about this forum, so they probably do know about it if they look in. They run surveys for other companies as well as the RM though, so perhaps they don't know?
Do the bigger parcels have the same problem of inadequate packaging? I've never had to send or receive any.

I don't mind doing the parcels as I can always incorporate it with other tasks, I regularly pick up prescriptions and and the PO is only a couple of doors down from the chemist. It's also nearly next door to the chippy. :0)
Was better when we got £2 per parcel, but hey ho.1 -
Been on the panel for years now and have never received a squashed cube!! Am I the only one??1

I don't know why they removed the question about the condition of the received item.
The last one I received was so badly smashed that the PO had put it into a separate plastic bag prior to delivery. The tape which should have been holding it secure was not sticking to the cardboard and one of the flaps had come open. I did consider ringing Kantar about it but I've read that if your identity is revealed, Kantar take you off the panel. I think this is unfair, and I enjoy doing the survey, so I kept quiet.0 -
As has been mentioned before, the quality of the packing materials Kantar send is not high. The Sellotape is second grade and recently all my small white envelopes for posting have had to be sellotapes as the original sealant hasn't worked.
Yes, probably better to keep quiet with packaging receipt complaints and keep a low profile.0 -
^^^Sorry, I mean repackaged by the RM, not the PO.
It's the first I've had that's been repackaged, and I've been doing the survey for a few years. I've had others that have been bashed in at the corners (looked like something heavy had landed on them) and one that was stuck together with a vast quantity of white labels!1 -
The only benefit of a smashed parcel is that the RM see your RFID and then you get great service for a while.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein1

If they can see the RFID they can see your address on the outside of the parcel though.0
