I've just received seven emails, all with different passwords. What fun!

Just logged in okay. Went to enter an item sent this morning and there are only 9 boxes in my list. Guess which one is missing. l will have to stop on my to work tomorrow to find the id number as I cant work out if it is possible to find it on the site

I'm finally in after pressing the forgotten password button. It took a while to come through but I have now reset it and am in the website

They sent me a new password too and have managed to logon. I am doing the unaddressed at the moment and I am finding that confusing to say the least. Think I have done it correctly but not sure.

Same here. Took about a hour.

So glad can now delete Post boxes and Offices I no longer use. (Hope they don't come back tomorrow:rotfl::rotfl:)

I finally got in - they sent me 7 emails with 7 different new passwords so I kept trying them until one of them worked. Correctly Delivered survey doesn't seem to want to know that I got two items of post today though

Hi

Looks like you only have to input unaddressed mail that you've received. No longer have to input 0 on the days you receive nothing.

Plus the leaflets they send are easier to see now on the 'Confirm Missing Items'

One of my most used postboxes has disappeared off my postboxes list and I can't seem to find the postbox number online. Will have to wait until I go to the postbox again as it won't select a postcode to search, only the ID number
