I can only echo what some posters on here have found. Login does not work. Tried to send an email but drop down list also does not work. Other than that all is well!0

I am locked out after trying to get my password they sent accepted too many times. I also did not have the list to choose from on the contact form using Firefox but using Chrome list was there.0

To send the contact us form,select the survey before you enter any other details. It just worked for me this way.0

Same here. New login details are useless.
I see what you mean. I previously had Royal Mail on the drop down menu, now it's blank. Like others, cannot send a contact us form and I'm using Chrome.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -
Same situation here with error using username and password.
They rang me around 2pm chasing SMARTs to be returned, odd since I have none spare as far as I know. I said that I'd not received my new username and password and the chap asked what it was for, which was less than reassuring.

I have just logged in for the first time with the new system. Logged in Ok, changed my password from the emailed one and done some data entry for itmes posted. Don't know who they got to do their testing but I don't think it was any pannelists as the interface is not very user friendly and doesn't flow well. Can't even tab between selections on the correctly delivered survey, now have to click in each box.0

It looks like a lot of us are getting the same problems. I use Chrome, did get a drop down menu but after receiving my password details I didn't get the menu any more. TMS has a problem LOL0

I logged in for the first time a few minutes ago and all OK. Tried to go back in and message saying password incorrect. TNS standard appalling. I'm using firefox. Look like no one tested what happens with second log in. Sloppy system implementation.0

I too have received no emails today giving me my new password and log in details.
I use Internet Explorer.
I've tried the forgotten password option but I expect everybody has gone home today after pulling their hair out with another system which has not worked as it was supposed to have done. Will wait and see what tomorrow brings !
Meanwhile I have data from two surveys to complete from Friday (Unaddressed Mail and the long term posting/receiving plan, and another item I'm supposed to mail tomorrow. Unsure what to do at the moment.0
