    I had no options when I tried half an hour ago so I sent an old-school e-mail but right now I get the same list as quoia. But if I try the "Forgot Password" link it now says "Incorrect Survey. Try Other Survey Link" So they really have made a mess of it. Glad it's not just me they didn't like.
    I need to think of something new here...

    Like you I was getting the full list of surveys when clicking on Contact us but now it has reverted to the old email address.
    Still not received new details. For those that have do we get a new ID as well as password.

    I have the same problem, password does not work and have no list of options. Have replied to their email telling them it does not work

    Just received my new password,but i couldn't log in,i'm locked out now.
    Tried to use their contact us form, but you have to select survey,but there are no options showing,so the form will not go through.
