My diary arrived Saturday with the posting pack for w/c 31 Jan. Oddly the pack arrived about 6pm! Not delivered by a uniformed postie but by a woman in a hi-vis who seemed more like a Hermes driver.
We have had a lot of delivery problems in London - this month we've been getting only one big delivery a week. So I wonder if either Kantar has taken on an alternative approach or Royal Mail have taken on temps or subcontractors to clear a backlog?I need to think of something new here...1 -
Just got a pat on the back message for 'recording my first item via the mobile app'....despite the fact I recorded all my prev stints postings via the app too 🤦♀️Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

The website seems very slow today. I tried recording 3 received items, using both the app and website. Took ages to do.0

Had a Royal Mail insufficient postage card through the door last week. Other half went to the sorting office on Friday to collect and pay the £2 surcharge to find it was a survey item.
Messaged Kantar who replied this morning to say they would reimburse with either stamps or points! Why would I want to swap hard earned cash for stamps, of which I have hundreds after doing this for a few years now. The mind boggles. Then they said
“If this should happen again, please contact us before going to collect the item and we'll send you the cost in stamps upfront. If you stick the stamps to the card left by Royal Mail and put the card back in the post, Royal Mail will redeliver the item to you.”
Forgive me that my crystal ball doesn’t work anymore, how on earth is someone meant to know the package that was posted with insufficient postage is a survey item, until you actually see it! It’s not like we don’t get other mail 😂5 -
