Messaged Kantar who replied this morning to say they would reimburse with either stamps or points! Why would I want to swap hard earned cash for stamps, of which I have hundreds after doing this for a few years now. The mind boggles. Then they said
“If this should happen again, please contact us before going to collect the item and we'll send you the cost in stamps upfront. If you stick the stamps to the card left by Royal Mail and put the card back in the post, Royal Mail will redeliver the item to you.”
Forgive me that my crystal ball doesn’t work anymore, how on earth is someone meant to know the package that was posted with insufficient postage is a survey item, until you actually see it! It’s not like we don’t get other mail 😂Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j1 -
Just finished my latest 6 month stint, are you supposed to get a presentation pack when you finish?I'm sure you are supposed too, but thought I would better check here first before contacting Kantar.Thanks.0

I too recently completed my 6 months stint and didn't receive my presentation set or books of stamps. Messaged Kantar and they sent them to me within a few days with an apology.

"In connection to not knowing if the item was for the survey, we will provide the stamps you need even if you don’t know for sure that it’s one of our test items."
Wish I'd have known this before, useful for the future though3 -

Wish I'd have known this before, useful for the future thoughI got a 'Fee to Pay' card from Royal Mail telling me that an item had insufficient postage and that I have to pay a surcharge. Will you reimburse the cost?
Yes, and we're sorry that you have incurred this cost for an item. If you have not yet paid the surcharge, please message us with the details and we’ll send stamps to cover the amount. We’ll do so even though you may not know for sure that it is one of our test items. Simply stick the stamps on the 'Fee to Pay' card and pop it back in the post and Royal Mail will redeliver the item.
If you have already paid the surcharge, let us know and we’ll send you the cost in stamps

Are the days gone where we would get signed up to magazines as part of the receiving survey? I was just remembering about how I had a nice run of a few issues of Cosmopolitan and Good Housekeeping plus a random medical journal some years back. Has that all been stopped now?0
