When I responded to the original post about that (2 October I think), I deleted the picture pointing out that it included her full name. I had hoped that would have alerted p2l to the situation.3 -

Maybe a lurker on this post reported you, @paul2louise.0 -
I regularly get an email saying there's some missing data entry over the last two weeks, it asks if I've entered all my incoming and outgoing items. I've had 3 such emails in the last few weeks. The email then goes on to say there might be some test items still on the way to me.
I'm always prompt when entering survey data, but of course I have no idea about what's still in transit. The email ends by saying if everything's up to date I should disregard the email.
Do other panellists get this 'missing data entry' email regularly?

Then a few days later a test item arrived and judging by the postmark, it was 2 days late.
I suspect these emails are because you’ve not received something that’s been posted.“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”2 -
I've just received one of these messages, and feeling a bit annoyed as I record everything received within a couple of hours at the latest.
At present am sending out very few items and not receiving many from other panellists. All seems very quiet.2 -
Just wondering how long it is taking to receive e-vouchers once ordered at the moment. Ordered on 11th October and it said to allow 3-5 days for receipt but as it is now 13days I am a little concerned as to what is going on. Did contact rewards company but received no reply.

I used my husband's iPhone 8+ (PAYG) to enter posting data and I (presumably) had various apps running at the time - was expecting to be charged 4p but found I'd been charged 31p. Should I have just closed the apps before turning 'mobile data' on? Is it as simple as that or do I have to go into 'Settings' and do something more in-depth?
There's an app on the phone called 'Find my iPhone' - do I need to switch that off before using it to enter survey data, in order to minimise the cost?
Thanks for any replies, much appreciated. x0
