Has anyone ever had a message from Kantar asking to confirm the time/date a letter was posted, as the first read time was 2 days after I posted it. I confirmed it was right, as it was.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.672

Yes I've had them a few times over the years - it just means the letter took longer to get there than it should for some reason, I always just confirm my original data.

At least I now know not to use that box for anything urgent.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Yes I had one a couple of months ago on a parcel I had posted but the info on Kantar was incorrect as I had a proof of posting which showed delivered the following day when Kantar were still claiming it hadn't been collected from the PO for 2 days haha.

The actual time / date / place is generated / recorded by the app so why do they need me to confirm it. I'm pretty sure when they first launched the app that a selling point for using it was that we would have to answer fewer queries.Mini moan over : )
