Has anyone ever had a message from Kantar asking to confirm the time/date a letter was posted, as the first read time was 2 days after I posted it.  I confirmed it was right, as it was.

Yes I've had them a few times over the years - it just means the letter took longer to get there than it should for some reason, I always just confirm my original data.

Probably 50% of the time when I use my nearest post box!
At least I now know not to use that box for anything urgent.

Yes I had one a couple of months ago on a parcel I had posted but the info on Kantar was incorrect as I had a proof of posting which showed delivered the following day when Kantar were still claiming it hadn't been collected from the PO for 2 days haha.

I've had a few of these and I have to confess that it irks me that I still receive them when I post everything using the app at the Postbox.  The actual time / date / place is generated / recorded by the app so why do they need me to confirm it.  I'm pretty sure when they first launched the app that a selling point for using it was that we would have to answer fewer queries.
    Mini moan over : )

I messaged them about this last week, I am getting a couple of queries a week at the moment. I use the app so asked why I was getting so many queries when I was using the app that they wanted me to use. I asked if there was a problem with the app. Reply was no, there will always be queries whether the app is used or not.
