You won’t lose anything though - just turn your points into vouchers within 2 months of finishing. Which seems a reasonable timescale for people who are leaving permanently and not coming back into the panel. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Not being very techie I don't like all these e vouchers. Do you have to store them on your phone or something? that wouldn't work for me. Do the John Lewis vouchers have an expiry date and can you get ordinary paper ones, does anybody know?1

If you're on Android a lot of people are having problems with apps today as Google have done something and mess up the systems. For example I can't get the BBC Weather app to load, so for once it might not be Kantar's fault!1 -

As far as I can see from the reward site they are all e-vouchers or codes apart from the love2shop gift cards which are gift cards that they send out.
Some of them say how long they last for, (Amazon is 10 years), JL don't. You'd need to email perks to ask the question. I'd guess probably 2 years, that seems to be the norm for some gift cards. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
