You won’t lose anything though - just turn your points into vouchers within 2 months of finishing. Which seems a reasonable timescale for people who are leaving permanently and not coming back into the panel. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Not being very techie I don't like all these e vouchers. Do you have to store them on your phone or something? that wouldn't work for me. Do the John Lewis vouchers have an expiry date and can you get ordinary paper ones, does anybody know?1

If you're on Android a lot of people are having problems with apps today as Google have done something and mess up the systems. For example I can't get the BBC Weather app to load, so for once it might not be Kantar's fault!

Looking at the FAQ, the Love2Shop rewards are the only ones that are mailed out. For electronic gift cards (or e-certificates as they call them) I believe these would be emailed to your email address. From there (from experience with other schemes with eCertificates) you should either be able to use the gift card online, view it on your phone or print off and have the barcode scanned in store like a 'normal' gift card. Are you able to print at home or have someone print for you?Primrose said:Not being very techie I don't like all these e vouchers. Do you use Amazon at all? I get the amazon evouchers then add them straight to my amazon account so they're already there when I want to use them.Primrose said:Not being very techie I don't like all these e vouchers. As far as I can see from the reward site they are all e-vouchers or codes apart from the love2shop gift cards which are gift cards that they send out.
Some of them say how long they last for, (Amazon is 10 years), JL don't. You'd need to email perks to ask the question. I'd guess probably 2 years, that seems to be the norm for some gift cards. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Nothing to do with the app or app store, this is from Kantar in Messages.Chocmonster7 said:molerat said:Anyone else had the "you are not using the latest version of the app" message ? According to the app store I am !

The new love2shop giftcards are physical ones the first time you earn them but are then remotely topped up. I've not used mine yet but it isn't accepted as widely as the old paper ones were (apparently).elsien said:Primrose said:Not being very techie I don't like all these e vouchers.
