Lol, i haven't had a sack so didn't know that. Non staff wouldn't know what it meant though in the main.

Ha ha, yes, I received one of these on Friday and thought the same thing! Bit obvious! I'm sure my postman knows anyway – the posting packs are a giveaway and you can feel the SMARTs in letters too!

I’ve been notified that my 6 month stint on the panel is coming to an end this month.

Should I expect to receive a presentation pack of stamps? I received a set when I started so wondered if you receive a set at the end?

Yes you do get a set at the end of stint.

Is it compulsory to use the App to be on this panel? My phone is a simple PAYG without a contract to get internet whilst out and about

Not at the moment. But if you don’t use the app make sure you log the posting time to the minute.

@Greenqueen_2 Not yet but you are not alone in being unable to record posting whilst at the post box. I keep getting requests to use the app but when it becomes mandatory I will leave the panel. The rewards aren't much and being asked you spend my own money to use data on my PAYG phone is an expense I can't afford. The app could be redesigned to save the posting data on the phone and upload when WiFi available. I have other apps that allow this so it is technically feasible.
