I am in tier 4, post offices are open but we are only meant to leave home for essential reasons. Should I be posting cubes/ parcels?
I’m a bit concerned because these should have been posted last week, but I was on holiday. Even though I had submitted holiday dates, they still sent me items to post. I don’t want to pay for posting and then find that I don’t get reimbursed.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Suggest yiu message them saying yiu are in Tier 4 and travelling to a post office to post parcels is impossible for you. They suspended parcel posting for anybody in this situation during the last lockdown so I,m sure they will do it for yiu if yiu let them know.1

Hi Silvercar and everyone else too!!
Hope you're all well. I received a msg this evening from Kantar confirming that we should only be posting if we feel it's safe to do so and if part of another trip which is particularly important for those of us in Tier 4.
Msg in full to follow.1 -
Kantar's full msg reads:
"Hello,
Over the weekend, the UK government and devolved administrations announced further restrictions due to an increase in covid-19 cases. At this stage, there is no confirmed end date for these restrictions in the majority of the country. However, parts of the UK have been through degrees of lockdown over the last year, and at this stage we will reissue similar guidance to that used previously. While the data you help us collect remains of huge importance to Royal Mail, your health and safety while taking part in the survey are our priority. Therefore:- Only complete your postings when you are able to do so safely and lawfully. For example, if you are visiting a Post Office anyway; or if your exercise, shopping trip or dog walk takes you past a postbox. You should only post when you feel safe and comfortable doing so.
- We will continue to report to Royal Mail. The data you provide is still valuable in helping Royal Mail continue to deliver for us all. If you’re not able to post safely, hold on to your items and post them when you are able to.
- We will continue to produce and send you test items until further notice. If you are unable to post put your items as scheduled, please always provide us with the actual posting date. You may receive some automated reminders about missing data – please disregard these until you have restarted your normal posting routine.
- Your incentives and prize draw entries are assured. During this period, you will not be penalised for not following the normal survey instructions or rules. You will continue to receive any incentives due, and we will enrol you in all prize draws that apply to the lockdown period.
We will continue to update you during lockdown and beyond. We know how dedicated you are in carrying out your survey tasks, but your safety remains our top concern, so please follow the advice above, take care, and stay safe.
Kantar Postal Panels Team"
Hope this helps you all

Thank you for all the responses, in the end I’ve posted them. Basically I wanted them out of the house. Did the trip on route to the supermarket to justify it. I will message them not to send me any more, but they didn’t pick up the holiday dates that I put on the app, so I’m not optimistic.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I've just asked them not to send me any more parcels to post until everything settles down a bit. I have a cube to post after Christmas and the local post office is currently closed for ten days because a staff member has covid so I'm not going to go there. I'm happy to post letters in the post box when I'm out dog walking though.1
